USAG Teams must use USAG Reservation system (www.usagym.com)
PLUS additional Texas Tough forms, which will be forwarded to you once you register.
Texas Tough forms provide needed important details - club address,
team entries, athlete name and coach name. If unable to utilize Texas Tough forms,
please provide an excel spreadsheet with columns: first, last, level, USAG number.
